Stertil Stokvis completed a full review of its service business in 2004 and after consulting our customers on what was required to provide a "best in the business" after sales service we set about making the necessary improvements which required an investment of over £100,000.
The key to market leading service is the recruitment of quality, fully trained and valued staff in both the field and office. Our carefully selected service staff are committed to providing the best service possible and are authorised to resolve any customer issues as they occur.

All calls to our brand new service office are now answered by people, not machines. We are also able to call up detailed customer records at the touch of a button on our service software programme. This latest technology enables us to see at a glance all of the equipment installed at any site along with details of warranties, maintenance contracts and previous service visit history. Any service requests can now be entered quickly and accurately in accordance with individually agreed service levels.
Our vehicle tracking system, which is fitted to all of our service technicians vans, can instantly locate our nearest technician to any location. This ensures that we can allocate emergency repair requests to minimise travelling and ensure optimum response times.
All service jobs are sent to our technicians via mobile data transfer direct to a hand held tablet computer which displays all of the information that is required for our technician to be able to complete repairs quickly and efficiently.
