Dock Shelter - TP & TI - 1000 Series Cushion Seals

At loading docks where most vehicles are of approximately the same height and width, the Stertil 1000 series offers the best available option.
Model TP1000
The Stertil cushion seal provides a virtually airtight seal between the vehicle and building. Even the gaps between the trailer doors and bodies are sealed. The TP 1000 has a galvanized steel back plate and therefore suitable for use in the meat processing and food industries where strict veterinary rules apply.
Model TI 1000
For docks where vehicle heights differ greatly, the TI 1000 cushion shelter with inflatable header is recommended. Not only does the inflatable header provide an optimum seal, it also stays completely out of the opening of the truck.
In most cases cushion seals are tailor made, since dimensions of trucks and sectional doors differ per customer. The most commonly used dimensions are shown below:
