drawbridge levellers: Drawbridge levellers are used on loading docks as an alternative to pit-based levellers which require higher initial investment and can also involve substantial construction costs.
telescopic lip: A telescopic lip is used when exact positioning of leveller plate is required or in the case of side loading. See Hydraulic HQ for an example of a telescopic lip dock leveller.
swing lip: Similar to telescopic lip types, the swing lip is more traditional but less versatile.
hinged lip dock leveller: Common type of lip that levels out while the leveller is lowered, and vice versa. See Hydraulic HP for an example of a hinged lip dock leveller.
