| The Stertil-Koni mobile lifting columns are the most innovative lifting columns in the world today. Stertil-Koni produces lifting columns in 5,500 kg (ST 1055), 8,200 kg (ST 1082) and 17,500 kg (ST 1175) per column. By coupling posts together, you can expand the lifting power almost indefinitely. All Stertil-Koni mobile lifting posts are equipped with a hydraulic lifting system with an electronically controlled lift-levelling system. Parts susceptible to wear, such as spindles and nuts, are absent. Together, the result is a vehicle lift with an exceptionally long service life, a long maintenance interval and a very short ascent/descent time.
The Stertil-Koni mobile lifting columns are among the fastest lifting columns in the world. Our lifting columns are protected against overloading by a hydraulic pressure relief valve. The automatic mechanical locking device works independently from the lifting system, and is always active. The patented synthetic runner wheels are self-lubricating, making them maintenance-free. | A set of ST 1060S electro-hydraulic mobile lifting columns has a control box on each column, enabling operation from any of the columns. It is possible, from any column, to operate the columns individually, in pairs or all at once. The control boxes are standard IP65 splash proof. With one set of four columns you have a lifting capacity of 24 tonnes at your fingertips. The ST1060S is specially designed to hoist vehicles such as buses, light commercial vans and campers. The standard system is capable of expansion to 6, 8 or more posts, so that it can even be used to hoist articulated buses and tractor/trailer units.
With a lifting/lowering time of just 94 seconds, the ST 1060S is one of the world's fastest mobile lifting columns. The S-version is equipped with two selectable lowering speeds – the slow lowering option allows the operator to lower the vehicle safely and accurately onto axle stands and is perfect for precise alignment of transmission boxes etc. This new model now has lifting forks 350mm long, allowing the safe lifting of standard vehicles and also those fitted with super-single tyres. An increased vehicle-to-column distance of 230mm ensures there is less chance of the vehicle sides being damaged should a tyre or airbag deflate. It is possible from any column to operate the columns individually, in pairs or all at once. The control boxes are standard IP 65 splash proof, but are not suitable for washbay usage. With one set of four lifting columns you have a lifting capacity of 29 tonnes at your fingertips.
The lack of any power or interconnecting cables trailing across the workshop floor offers maximum safety benefits to the operator - trip hazards are eliminated.
The ST 1073FWF is specially designed to hoist vehicles such as buses and heavy trucks. The system as standard, is capable of expansion to a maximum of 8 columns per set.
The ST1073FWF has a lifting height of 1.85 metres. With a lifting time of just 94 seconds, the ST 1073 wireless is one of the world's fastest lifting columns

Optionally, the use of an adjustable fork is possible. This avoids the need for wheel adapters. The pick-up fork has a length of 350 mm. This enables vehicles fitted with super single drive axle tyres to be picked up. The ST1082 has a lifting height of 1.85 metres. With a lifting time of just 89 seconds, the ST 1082 is one of the world's fastest lifting columns.

The new ST1082W uniquely incorporates a wireless control system that provides maximum access to the underside of a raised vehicle. Each of the mobile columns is equipped with two long-life deep cycle batteries which, when fully charged, will power the fully-laden column for more than 20 lifting cycles. The batteries can then be charged overnight via a 230v single phase supply. With no cables on the workshop floor, the risk of tripping is removed, providing valuable health and safety benefits and, with no power supply necessary, the system can be used inside or outdoors.
Positioning of the wireless columns is flexible: they can be used in any configuration around a vehicle. Also, with no power or communication cables to connect, set-up time is drastically reduced thereby making the system fully operational much more quickly.
Each column has its own control box and provides a lifting capacity of 8200kg. This means that the system's total lifting capacity may be increased simply by adding more columns. The ST1082W ensures safe lifting up to a height of 1.85 metres which can be reached in just 89 seconds. The lowering speed is pre-selectable and each column can be lowered manually in the event of a power failure. Incorporating Stertil's maintenance-free, synthetic runner wheel system, which is self-lubricating, the system is covered by a lifetime guarantee.

As the world's largest supplier of hydraulic mobile column lifts, Stertil have, once again, listened to their customers' needs and have this time developed a model that allows vehicles with large tread widths & tyre diameters to be lifted safely & efficiently.
Each electro-hydraulic lifting column is rated at 6.5t and is fitted with a control box that allows all the connected columns (to a max of 24) to be operated from every individual column. The control boxes also have the patented slow-lowering function, for the accurate alignment of transmissions etc., which was introduced to the market on the 8.2t model.
To cater for large wheel diameters & broad tyre treads the new lift has specially extended and wider, fixed pick-up forks. These modifications now allow vehicles with 800mm - 1800mm tyres and tread widths of up to 500mm to lifted to a maximum height of 1.85m in 89 seconds, with the minimum of fuss - all you require is a power supply, a flat floor and adequate headroom.
Should you wish at any stage to lift vehicles with smaller tyre dimensions, then the pick-up fork widths can be reduced by sliding reducer plates onto each of the carriages.

The ST 1175 is specially designed for hoisting aircraft tractors, mining machines, locomotives, etc. The system is standard capable of expansion to 6, 8 or more columns. Thanks to the pallet truck mechanism, which is equipped with an automatic safeguard against overloading, the ST 1175 is the only heavy mobile lifting column that can be easily relocated by one person. There are two wheel adapters supplied standard with each ST 1175 lifting column, enabling vehicles with smaller wheels to also be lifted safely. With a lifting time of just 190 seconds, the ST 1175 is one of the world's fastest heavy mobile lifting columns.
