| The heavy 4-posters from Stertil-Koni are distinguished in the heavy segment by their innovative design. This gives the customer wide flexibility in making the right choice. One of the most important features of the heavy vehicle lifts is the absence of cross beams. This open structure gives maximum access to the lifted vehicle. The possibility now exists when installing the system to adapt the width of the setup to fit the vehicles to be serviced. There are three different capacities available: 10,000 kg, 17,500 kg, and the 25,000 kg. The vehicle lifts are controlled by a programmable electronic system. The use of an LCD display makes it possible to review information reported by the system. One of the programmable functions is the maximum lifting height. Self-evident, of course, is the high degree of safety featured by these vehicle lifts. These vehicle lifts also are fitted with the patented synthetic runner wheel system. This also contributes to the surprisingly low maintenance cost overhead.

This is a new addition to the Stertil-Koni range of heavy-duty 4-post lifts. As with all our lifts, the electro-hydraulic lifting system is low-maintenance (there are no pulleys or ropes to replace), rapid and quiet in operation.
Various platform lengths are available, 4.5m, 6.2m and 8m and the space between the platforms is adjustable from 800mm up to 1650mm. This flexibility makes it an ideal lift for workshops that deal with a range of heavy-duty vehicles, including narrow tracked fork-lifts etc.
Four driven rams are located at the corner posts and all are electronically synchronised ensuring a safe and smooth operation.
The control box comprises of a free-standing unit which can be positioned at the most convenient post for each particular installation.
A full range of accessories are available, including lighting kits and jacking beams.

The ST 4175 is one of the vehicle lifts that is designed free of cross beams. This ensures perfect access to vehicles and the lift. Because there are no cross beams, the ideal width for the setup can be easily chosen, depending on the type of vehicles to be serviced.
The vehicle lift has a drive-on height of just 240 mm.
Controlling the lift is made easy and safe for the user from the well-positioned control panel. The vehicle lift is entirely electronically controlled. This also makes it possible to program e.g. the lifting height.
The LCD screen can also be used to display system information. The patented mechanical locking mechanism is always active. This vehicle lift also features the maintenance-free synthetic runner wheel system. We give a lifetiem warranty on this system. The vehicle lift can be supplied with track lengths of: 6 m, 8 m, 9 m, 10 m and 11.5 m.

| One of the heaviest vehicle lifts that we have supplied for special vehicles is the ST 4250, which is fitted with cross beams. This vehicle lift is used in a timber plant. The vehicles used at this site have either an extremely narrow or extremely wide track width. This lift may optionally be ordered with an electric track adjustment. The picture clearly shows the operating range of this 30 tonner!
